Description

🔹 **KEY Responsibilities:**
✅ Handle daily accounting operations, including sales report, stock inventory, invoicing, and reconciliation.
✅ Manage supplier and vendor account.
✅ Assist in cash flow management.
✅ Communicate and coordinate with Chinese-speaking suppliers or partners (written communication), Liaise with suppliers, and banks as needed.

🔹 **Requirements:**
✔️ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Chinese.
✔️ Proven experience in a similar role.
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
✔️ Attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical skills.
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
