For Local or PR only, we are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Admin & Document Control Clerk who will support both administrative functions and document management tasks.
•
1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or document control roles be an added advantage.
• Perform general clerical tasks: Collect quotation, data entry, scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing. Manage incoming and outgoing emails, and correspondence, phone other administrative tasks.
• Preparing purchase order for local and oversea suppliers, must be a Team player and Trustworthy, knowledge in computer literate and able to use Microsoft words and excel.
