Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for searching for quotations online, preparing and ensuring
that quotations are ready for submission on time.
2. Periodically remind your seniors about the quotation closing dates.
3. Preparing company Invoices and ensuring that they are properly
safeguarded.
4. Drafting of simple letters for the company.
5. Attend to customer inquiries (Phone calls, WhatsApp, and Email) and
duly inform the staff in charge and follow up regarding the query.
6. Appropriately maintain company documents.
7. Maintain company petty cash and maintain day-to-day office expense
bills.
8. Data entry work of company expenses.
Requirements:
* At least 3 A-levels
* Fluent to be able to read, write and communicate in English and Malay language
* Computer literate – able to demonstrate skills in Excel, and Word and able to draft emails.
* Experience in an invoicing computer system is desirable
* A team player, able to work well in an office environment.
Salary: $500-$550
