Main Duties & Responsibilities
To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
Other Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
- Checking and distributing documents and correspondences
- Maintaining filing systems
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Sending emails
- Typing documents and correspondence
Education and Experience:
- Minimum GCE ´A´ level education or higher
- Having previous working experience would be an advantage
- Must possess own transport
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including Open Office
- Proficient in use of email and internet
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
