AIRCON TECHNICIAN
 

1. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner. Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously. Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
2. Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged. Make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
3. Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment. Plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
4. Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
5. Repair and service other types of air-conditioners, ranging from split/package units, water source units, etc.
6. Responds to emergency site maintenance as required, participate in an emergency repair and ‘out of hours’ service as required
7. Willing to work in challenging conditions and learn new things and motivated for continuous improvement. Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors or homeowners in order to determine work requirements.
8. Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times Must be work with all deportment, learn new things and motivated for continuous improvement.
