Position: Assistant Freight Forwarder

No of position: 01 only

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE O LEVEL
- At least 1 years’ experience in Basic Logistic
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Have good interpersonal skills, integrity, honesty & multitasking
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communications skills
- Able to work and carryout any task independently without supervision

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform as Freight Forwarding Assistant forwarder and assist on the operation responsible on the overall operation, confirming the in-coming order, specification and quality until the delivery to the company facilities.
- Arrange delivery or storage of goods at destinations
- Assist to update daily /weekly report submission for the freight forwarding prior the daily / weekly operation report submission to HQ
- Keep record of good dispatched or received
- Assist to prepare cost quotation for freight transportation
- To assist and check manifests, invoices and orders to ensure they are recorded accurately for either incoming or outgoing shipments
- Assist inventory control/checking as well as the preparation of documentation such as work orders, shipping orders and Bills of loading
- Update records of filling for transportation, consignment note and others related documentation to FF department
- Apply & return for cargo clearance with MPC & Custom department
