Associate Specialist
 

Maxim MDI is an outsourced services provider that offers customized solutions to clients across various industries such as retail, finance, technology, and others. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Associate Specialists. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice and support in specialized areas of business operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality outsourcing services in specialized areas such as Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Public Relations, Information Technologies, Social Media Management, and more.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
4. Travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Relevant degree or certification in Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Public Relations, Information Technologies, Social Media Management, or other specialized areas.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the respective specialized area.
3. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a team.
5. Experience in providing outsourcing services is a plus.
6. Flexibility to occasionally travel to client locations as needed.
