AUTOCAD MANAGMENT AND FINANCE ASSISTANT (AUTOCAD MAFA)

Purpose of job:

Responsible for implementation of BSP database drawing systems.
Fully conversant with COMPANY POLICIES and procedures with regards to updating Wellhead drawing, miscellaneous parts, and part listing.
Principal accountabilities:

To attend monthly HSE meetings and chaired by Company designated person.
To provide new & work-over wellhead drawings.
To get information & compile data for New / Recompleted wells from the completions section.
To prepare and update wellhead and Xmas tree drawings after completion of well or workover of well.
To produce ad-hoc requests as per SAP work order & drawing prior to work carried out.
To produce drawings, and maintenance reports on wellhead/Christmas Tree for filing purposes.
To be responsible for preparing data for WHM/ Workshop equipment that required changes in SAP master data.
To be responsible for preparing data for new wells to be registered.
Provide support to BSP WHM focal point in the preparation of work order from SAP.
Prepare, print out and issue complete programme for individual wells, and issue programmes to the Area Operation supervisor (AOS)
(As per contract: Liaise with WORKSITE AOS and COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVES in all SITE operations on Wellhead Drawing)

Qualifications
L5 Diploma in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably have experience in AutoCAD drawing updating services.
