I have all the equipment from kitchen Hood to Pizza Oven to Coffee Machine tables Chairs everything. looking for a current restaurant operator who wants rent to us the premises to run our business. Rental not to be above B$ 1 Thousand or 1. 7 Thousand with bills included as such as gas and electricity and water.

Joint Venture is welcomed but we Chef Mauri Group must retain the majority of share and must be not less then 67% of the business
