Job Descriptions:
To carry out general cleaning and housekeeping.
Floor sweeping and mopping.
Windows cleaning.
Rubbish Disposal.
Cleaning restroom.
Furniture dusting and wiping
Blowing dry leaves at the driveways and parking areas and surrounding the weighbridge.
Dusting cobwebs.
Monthly grass cutting around plant perimeter.
Quarterly clearing of dry leaves/branches from the roof of the parking garage.
Monthly pantry stock count and replacement for all the pantry items.

Requirements:
Male/Female.
Experience in cleaning commercial or residential properties are an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Hard-worker and committed.
Can speak malay and basic english.
No medical problem.
Valid driving license.
No transportation problem.
Preferably residing in the Brunei-Muara District.
Able to start immediately.
