Position: CUSTOMER TECHNICAL ADVOCATE
Total Vacancy: 5 Male/Female
Job Description:
• We are looking for Customer Technical Advocate to ensure the development of the assigned territory and lead the distributor management team in delivering the set business objectives for sustainable growth.
The description should contain the following requirements and qualification:
• Ensure achievement of agreed KPI’S, W. I. S. E.
• Excellent execution of cycle plan programs and implementation of the liquidation of claims.
• Ensures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for each expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibility.
• Conducts regular business reviews to update the distributor in terms of the current performance.
• Ensure that the TLT Team way of selling is continuously and properly executed at the distributor level through regular coaching sessions with the sales management team.
• Graduate of a college degree or college level.
• Preferably has sales experience or has handled a distributor in the last two years.
• With good selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Works with a Sense of Urgency.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Quick learner and adapter.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 23 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
