• Able to read and interpret Mechanical and Structural drawings and well-versed with Construction Codes and Standards
• Knowledge in Primavera, trend analysis and forecasting techniques
• Able to plan and monitor project related activities
• Computer literacy is compulsory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
