Position: Facility Manager

Job Requirement:

• Ability to lead, coordinate/interface/communicate/delegate/direct with the employer and end users that the work and services are being provided to.
• Minimum if Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural with some knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Discipline)
• Certified membership with any one of the facility institutions such as British Institute Facility Management (BIFM), INternational Facilities Management Association (IFMA), wtc. would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management would be an advantage.
