REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
• HND in Graphic Design or in Design, Fine Arts or related field is preferrable
• Proven graphic designing experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Excellent working knowledge of design software and technologies - specifically:
o Adobe InDesign
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe Photoshop
• Creative and innovative
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Photography and videography skills is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaising with Marketing department to determine design requirements, timescale and budget.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs – produce visual concepts
• Keeping up to date with design and software trends on social media
• Reviewing final layout and suggesting improvements if required
• Editing images for commercial use

A design work portfolio is required to be presented during the recruitment process. You may use your previous work experience, involvement in clubs and societies, voluntary work and internships as opportunities to create examples to include in your portfolio, aiming to showcase the software capabilities and usage.

Basic: Starting at BND$437. 00
Allowance: Starting at BND$150. 00
