THE JOB
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Inbound Finance Lead will manage the Inbound Tour staff and Tour Account Assistant, and be responsible for supplier tour costing, invoicing, daily payments, and reconciling of bank accounts.
You will also be required to complete quarterly and yearly reports.
It is essential that candidates have a travel industry background.
Working as part of a small team within a small organization you will also take ownership of the company’s administration function, therefore ensuring all documentation is correct and that supplier payments and invoices are issued on time.
Fluency in English is essential for this accounts and finance job in travel.
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Previous experience in a similar role is essential
*Experience working with Sage would be advantageous
*Strong accounts and IT skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
