Independent Investors Invitation

I am a productions/publicity/marketing professional keen on starting a private registered business entity in the coming year and am extending an invitation to potential investors.

I have over five years worth of experience in production management and design, and have worked with multiple firms as well as a freelance consultant. My previous clientele would include HSBC, Standard Chartered, Takaful and Tourism Malaysia.

I am currently working on documentation and projecting start-up costs. In most likelihood, I shall be offering six small shares of the business at a tentative cost between BND$1, 500 to BND$2, 000. All investments fees will go to the initial capital for the business and will not be for personal use. All legal documents, contracts, memorandums as well as expense reports will be made available to all investors. Executive rights are appointed on an individual basis on the terms of the investors understanding of the business' interest, but in the most part, the business shall be run independently with little input from investors.

Return on investment after one fiscal-year are tentatively projected in the 15%-25% range.
