Position: Kitchen Helper Cum Driver

Job Description:
Kitchen Duties
• Performs any combination of following duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition, Sweeps and mops floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dish-washing machine.
• Sets up banquet tables.
• Washes and peels vegetables, using knife or peeling machine.
• Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
Driver Duties.
• Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
• Kept delivery service vehicle and delivery area clean and organized while adhering to principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Assisted with customer service, phone calls, and organized orders.
• Counted and verified all products individually before leaving the kitchen.
• Delivering food for outside catering services.
• Assisting to clear cutlers and kitchen equipment after outside catering.
• Collaborated with management representative to communicate customer concerns.
HR Responsibilities
• Attends all company training as required.
• Adheres to all HR and company policies and procedures.
• Continually strives to improve self; knowledge and skills.
Financial Responsibilities
• To minimize food wastage and spoilage.
Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 50
