Looking for a cheap shophouse less than 600
$ 600 / month

I would like to rent a shop of either long term if the place is good for our business acupuncture or short term to get labour license with cheap price less than 600 and below and any location between brunei-muara district.

Long Term:
1. Provide 2 months free renovation period as well as getting labour license
2. Will be rent more than 2 years

Short Term:
1. 2 months rent to get labour license only but a full empty or partition shophouse and 2 toilets is required
