Position: OCTG Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

- To undertake and carry out work as directed by the Company
- Work shall generally be carried out on site, and upon completion, relevant and appropriate documentation shall be filled out neatly and correctly, and relevant copies distributed as required
- Reporting of all work performed shall always be carried out by the inspector unless otherwise instructed by the OCTG Manager
- Supervision of Helpers, Blasters, OCTG Level 1 Inspectors and Trainee's
- Care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
- Carry out all tasks in strict accordance with all relevant codes, specifications, and take full responsibility in performing all tasks to achieve excellent results
- Maintain good housekeeping at all times
- To ensure all free time (time when not being utilized providing services) is efficiently used to assist the company and client in its normal functions
- To assist management staff in maintenance of all systems of a relevant nature
- To assist in training of new staff in areas of competency
- Ensure continuous personal time and effort in self-improvement, including training and familiarization with all activities, rules, regulations and procedures
- To ensure that helpers and trainees are being productive and proficient in all duties
- To keep up to date with all regulations, by-laws, codes, specifications, and where applicable, to be proactive in the revision of company technical procedures

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 25 - 55 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 3, 500 / Month
