PAINTER
 

1. Proper housekeeping and storage of equipment and accessories.
Follow work instructions as given by team leader or supervisor.
2. Apply primers or sealers to prepare surfaces, such as bare wood, metal, piping, fixtures, structures and equipment for finish coats
3. Selects paint according to company color scheme and specifications.
4. Willing to work in challenging conditions and learn new things and motivated for continuous improvement
5. Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors or homeowners in order to determine work requirements.
6. Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to heavy equipment, buildings, bridges, and/or other structures, using brushes, spray guns, sandblasting equipment, or rollers. May use epoxy, latex or enamel coatings
7. Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
8. Must be support other deportment construction base willing to work at all time
