Leading Brunei Supplier of Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Supplies
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement /Purchasing Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
• Diploma or Equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes, inventory control, and vendor sourcing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse
• Evaluate supplier performance and build long-term relationships
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
