To perform duty of a caretaker at a property residence:-

Scope of works includes:-
-Monitoring of CCTV in control room
-Perform cleaning duties of the common area and within the compound
-Able to undertake minor repair works (handyman) such as changing of door knobs, replacement of faulty lights, etc.
- Monitoring of visitors/guests into the compound including authorities from water dept, etc.
