Position: Rigger Lead Man

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Experience min 5 years , provide experience cert if any, TBOSIT, Rigger Level 1/Rigger Level 2 and Banksman Level 1/Banksman Level 2.

i. Directly reports to the Rigger Foreman/Supervisor. His duties are similar to the Rigger Foreman.

ii. When controlling a group of riggers he shall ensure that all safe working procedures and practices are complied with BSP HSE Safety requirements . He shall be involved in anchor handling operations including the operation of the anchor winches as per BSP standards.

iii. He must be able to assemble all type of pipe works , welded screwed or flanged in a neat and workmanlike manner.

iv. He shall stand-in for the Rigger Foreman for short durations

v. Prepare work plan and assign works for all the crew who work under him

vi. Conduct tool box meeting prior to start any work Discuss safety requirements with all the crew members
