Job Description:

• Aged between 30 – 48 years;
• Proven track of Sales, preferable in Automotive Industry;
• Brunei Citizen or Permanent Resident;
• Diploma/Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related major;
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively;
• Experienced in leading, train and supervise the sales team.
• Evident in process improvement and implementation of Best Practices.
• Charismatic and Genuine interest in and knowledge of motor vehicles (as well as the Brunei Automotive Market, in general) will be an added advantage;
• Oversee all activities within showroom
• Strong work ethics and customer-centric
• Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base
• Mitigate attractive deals on discussion with General Manager
• Affirmative goal setting, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Support the Company’s Service and Relationship Strategy by planning and contracting the customer’s program/event
• Embodies strong leadership trait
• At least 5 years working experience in similar position or relevant industry (desirable)

Basic Salary: B$ 2, 700 / Month
