Job requirements
• GCE ‘O” level or equivalent:
• Atleast C6 on Mathematics, Malay Language, English Language
• Atleast 1 year experience in cashier, shop or retail assistant
• Ability to speak Malay and English, other language is an advantage.
• Assist passengers with their company's product & services and resolve issues arises.
• Deal almost entirely with the general public.
• Respond to passenger concerns in person.
• Experiences in the related field will be a great advantage for the applicant.
