Position Description:
The Storekeeper is responsible for assisting the day-to-day arrangement of inventory and delivery operations. This includes tracking inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition. The Storekeeper also works closely with the purchasing department to ensure that the company has the right products in stock at the right time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stock check count manually at KMST office and at warehouse twice a week.
- Check and verify incoming stock from supplier based on KMST’s PO, client’s PO and packing list with Inventory & Delivery Coordinator.
- Check item description requested by the Sales Department to ensure the items is prepare accordingly to Client’s PO.
- To ensure price tag are remove from the item locally and check before delivery.
- KMST Stock Maintenance – minimum twice a month.
- Check expiry date (If applicable).
- Verify items with Customer Service before delivery.
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stocks in daily basis.
- Any in stock to be display in the store and maintain the store neat and tidy.
- Inspect incoming deliveries for damage.
- Ensure proper packaging and storage of products to prevent damage and product loss.
- To ensure the stocks are tally, do daily inspection.
- Performs related work as required.
- Resolve inventory and delivery issues.
- Receive, inventory and store PPE.
- Issue PPE to employees.
- Maintain accurate records of PPE inventory and issuance.
- Inspect PPE for damage and discard as needed.
- Train employees on the proper use and care of PPE.
Requirements:
Male Applicants.
Local/Permanent Residents.
Diploma or equivalent
1-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management setting
Knowledge of PPE regulations and standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Must have class 3 driving license.
No transport problems.
Living in and around KB for convenience as our office is based in KB.
Able to start immediately.
