Purpose of Job

A technical manager should be able to perform all necessary tasks related to company systems including troubleshooting any technical issues.

Job Duties

1. Responsible for addressing faults within any company system and making sure those faults are fixed.
2. Supervise information technology (IT) staff.
3. Should constantly evaluate company platforms and networks and search for ways to improve them.

Requirements

1. National Diploma in a computer related field.
2. Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
3. Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment.
