Position: TRAINING EXECUTIVE SUPERVISOR
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must have 3 years working experience as Training Executive Supervisor.
• Assist with external course registration.
• Assist with submitting training-related claims from government agencies.
• Conduct orientation session for new staff.
• Coordinate with hiring team and new hires’ department on orientation session pla
ed out for new staff.
• Inform target audience of upcoming training programmes and collect data on participation interest.
• Plan and coordinate in-house training programmes.
• Plan and organise orientation programme for new staff.
• Prepare training activities reports for management review.
• Prepare training materials and logistics.
• Support team with all other administration relating to training and development.
• Tabulate training feedback findings and generate training evaluation reports.
• Track all training activities and training hours clocked by employees.

• The Training Executive assists the Training Manager in pla
ing and executing training and development strategies to develop the capabilities of employees and the organisation as a whole.
• The individual helps employees identify, acquire and upgrade their skills, and plans for related programmes accordingly.
• The Executive assists the Training Manager in creating training materials, monitoring training activities and preparing training reports.

Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
