Job Description:

Preferably Candidate with multi languages (English/Malay/Chinese) both fluency spoken & written. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Travel Industry.

er main role is to help customers plan, choose and arrange their holiday. They will usually work to a budget set out by whoever is pla
ing the holiday. They also offer advice and opinions on where to go and local tourist attractions, events, culture and customs.
To achieve this aim through:

Plan, promote and market itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
Compute cost of travel and accommodations, using calculator, computer, carrier tariff books, and hotel rate books, or quote package tour's costs.
Provide customer with brochures and publications containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
Knowledgeable in dealing with all customer queries and resolving complaints
Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news
Providing advice about visas or passports ·
Managing budgets ·
Maintaining statistical and financial records ·

Meeting profit or sales targets ·
Preparing promotional materials and displays.
Able to work and assist in some guiding at Flexi hours
Assisting the Operation Team in all aspects of administrative works as necessary.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
