We are now looking for an ambitious Engineer to join our team. Your role will include representing our company in approaching potential business clients to offer our range of products and services.
Requirements:
· Minimum Qualification: Degree in Engineering.
· Minimum THREE (3) YEARS of working experience in Networking Projects and Implementation.
· Relevant Networking certifications required.
· Preferable experience with Server Storage and Networking.
· Possess a valid class 3 driving license; able to drive a manual vehicle.
· Speak conversational English and Malay.
Personal Qualities:
· Enjoy interacting with people; building and maintaining connections.
· Able to keep organized and clear communication networks while speaking persuasively.
· Driven and goal-focused, approaching challenges with inquisitive desire to learn on the job.
· Disciplined and willing to work overtime.
· Able to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
· Able to satisfy or adapt to the needs of both company and clients.
Responsibilities:
· Use persuasive techniques and technical knowledge to sell IT products, services and solutions to individuals or businesses.
· Take initiative to follow-up with customers and stay committed to close the sales.
· Make informed suggestions in Upselling alternative options as well as peripheral products for clients’ needs.
· Perform demonstrations of IT products and services while answering questions from clients for the purpose of creating public interest in buying products.
· Design and develop server and network solutions.
