We are now looking for an experienced Technician to join our team. Your role will include representing our company in providing services and practical solutions for our clients on their premises.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma in IT or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum THREE (3) YEAR working experience in Computer Support or Electrical Work.
• Cabling and Electrical knowledge will be an advantage.
• Between 20-35 years of age.
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license; able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Speak conversational English and Malay.
Personal Qualities:
• Disciplined and willing to work overtime.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Able to satisfy or adapt to the needs of both company and clients.
• Desire to continually learn and improve technical skills on the job.
Responsibilities:
• Answer questions or resolve computer network problems for customers in person, on the telephone, or electronically.
• Provide technical assistance to clients concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems, and networking.
• Perform hardware and software installations on client premises.
