Evening Home Tuition is a home-based tuition business located at Kg Kilanas and Kg Sg Buloh. The owner is a self-employed with two admin staff. The owner works at the government sector and teaches at his private places on the sidelines. The owner needs help with sales and marketing because of the heavy workload. Since the owner teaches at school and tutors in the evening, he has no time to share his lessons to the parents (70 plus students) and promote his methodologies to potential clients. The owner wants help from local talents who are expert in social media and video editing skills.

The typical working hours is 6 to 8 hours a day for 5 days a week. This varies from situations. The most important thing is to meet the goals.

The primary goals are:
1. Sharing effective lessons to the public - The owner wants to update his students´ completed tasks on a daily basis to the parents and to the social media.
2. Sharing learning experiences to the public - The owner wants to share his teaching methods on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube and website.
3. Sharing teaching experiences to the public - The owner wishes to share his teaching methods to educate the public on 21st century learning techniques. Also, to help new tutors the effective ways to teach lessons in the classroom.

The owner offers to pay the following to new recruits:
1. Contractual basis (eg: price per edited video)
2. Temporary employee (eg: monthly pay for hours work)
3. Permanent employee (eg: $9, 600 for a two-year contract)
