Waiter/waitress (Service Crew) (Urgent Hire)
 

Job Description
- Waiter / Waitress are the faces of the outlet. The purpose of the position is to provide friendly, efficient, and professional service at Satami Group of Companies´ restaurants across Brunei.

- Waiter /Waitress will report to Restaurant Manager (´´RM´´).

Responsibilities include:
- Prepare tables and dining area for daily service
- Adhere to outlet SOP regarding food safety, cleanliness, and operations
- Be able to take food and drinks orders effectively
- Able to communicate with kitchen, management, and peers
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Able to follow service steps
- Be familiar with menu and promotions and able to up-sell food and drinks to guests
- Clearing of dirty dishes and glasses from the table
- Deliver guest´s bills and process payments
- Ensure cleanliness or restaurant and personal hygiene at all times
- Able to anticipate guests´ needs, and offer special assistance to guests with specific needs
- Able to Use POS system effectively

Requirement
- Fresh Graduates or School Leavers are encouraged
- Good general health with no complications in walking or standing for long hours
- Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Open/flexible work availability and willing to be relocated
- Fluent in English and Bahasa proficiency. Other language skills would be an added advantage.

- Well performed crew shall eligible to promotions and increase of salary.
