We are Hiring: Assistant Sales Manager
 

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing automotive business.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and guide Sales Consultants to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Support sales operations including leads, quotations and vehicle deliveries.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product updates, promotions and sales training.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales or similar industry, with prior team supervisory exposure.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
