Wellhead Integrated Maintenance Services (WIMS) - Team Leader

Purpose of Job:
- Report to Contract Focal Point and responsible for the updating of WIMS/SAP/FSR database.
- Fully conversant with GreenStream and BSP HSE Policies and procedures with regards to updating of wellhead database.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Attend Monthly HSE meetings combined and chaired by Company designated person.
- Update 6 monthly wellhead Integrity Check sheets into WIMS. To get information & compile data for New / Recompleted wells from the Completions section (TSW43). Responsible for preparing data for new wells & to be registered in SAP. To get information & compile data for Well abandonment from Hoist Section (TSW422) & Well abandonment project (TSW331).
- Monitor & update producing/close in well. Changes of routine inspection package from 1 year to 2 years or vice versa. Changes affecting plan.
- Responsible for preparing WHM PM (preventive maintenance) planned for the whole year.
- Responsible for preparing SAP input file for data upload to OPM42.
- Responsible for preparing data for workshop equipments & to be registered into SAP & to update any changes in SAP master data. To be responsible for preparing data for workshop equipments that have been written off & to update and remove from SAP master data.
- Provide support to TSW/471 for data input into eWIMS and inform AutoCAD Technicians if there is any change to the Wellhead/Christmas Tree.
- Provide support to TSW/471 in preparation of work order from SAP.
- Prepare and print out issue complete programme for individual wells, and issue programmes to Operation Support Supervisor
- Raise Pakat at least 5 Pakat per month

Qualifications:
Required: L5 Diploma in engineering. Three years of experience in Wellhead preventive maintenance. Be computer literate and proficient in the preparation of technical report.
Preferred: L5 Diploma in Mechanical or Plant Engineering.

Competence Required:
Required Training:
- Preferably with minimum 3 years experience especially associated to Wellhead Maintenance activities including the following:
- Testing, greasing and replacement of valves and actuators.
- Installation, replacement and overhauled Christmas tree
- Installation, replacement and overhauled Wellhead spool
- Be computer literate.
- Be proficient in preparation of technical report.
- Have completed and passed the current BSP’s Permit Vision would be an advantage.

Special abilities:
Maintain HSE at workplace, proactive and self-independent attitude, excellent in interpersonal communication techniques, MS - Office Training, HSE induction.
