Position: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Ensure meeting expectation on utilization and productivity through adequate manpower arrangement
• Ensure safe working environment in the shop floor
• Ensure product quality by providing technical support and collaborating with aftermarket engineer
• Investigate and report any defects or quality issue
• Support on tooling, fixture and gauges management to ensure sufficient and adequate for production requirement
• Work closely with Operations Specialists and Service Coordinators (for activity scheduling matters), aftermarket engineer (Repair & Remanufacture technical content) and any other operations sections as required.
• Daily reporting of shop activities
• Raise Non-Conformance Report for defects


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 35 - 60 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
