Description

Minimum Education:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network equipment support including basic router/switch configuration, firmware upgrades, hardware replacement, and rack installation.

Familiarity with Vendors:
- Basic familiarity with Cisco or Fortinet product environments; handson experience with rack-mounted network devices is preferred.

Equipment Handling:
- Able to perform physical installation, cable management, and hardware replacement of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) in server rooms and telecommunications cabinets.

Basic Configuration:
- Capable of executing basic CLI or GUI configurations under engineer supervision (e.g., interface configuration, VLAN assignments, device reboots, firmware updates).
