Position: Operation Lead

Job Description:

• Meeting with project partners and clients.
• Managing engineering lead supervisors and technicians.
• Responsible for ensuring all objectives and standards are met, and for finding solutions to problems as they arise.
• Determining project specifications by studying partners and clients requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
• Determining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirement, sequencing project elements.
• Ensuring all equipment and materials are available on site as needed. Ensuring the project is planned in a manner that meets and exceeds all objectives.
• Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress and ensure daily and weekly deadlines are met.
• Ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
