Job Description:

• A Financial Manager is responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions.

ing is essential for both the short and long term, and companies need to know the financial implications of any decision before proceeding.
• In addition, care must be taken to ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Financial managers may also be known as financial analysts or business analysts.
• The Financial Manager will be expected to train locals to take their place in the long run.
• He shall be directly responsible to the CEO for ensuring that all staff is fully trained and conversant with all ESCA quality & safety policies and procedures prior to entering any of the ESCA's facilities.
• He shall liaise with the Offshore & Onshore Safety Officer and the CLIENT's onshore representative in all safety matters.
• He shall continually monitor Safety & Quality Statistics to identify problem areas for improvement.
• He shall be responsible to carry out and coordinate investigation of any type of incidents as a team member and report the findings to CLIENT HSE focal point.
• Conversant with all CLIENT QHSE policies, guidelines, procedure and standards and make sure all are implemented.
• To develop the ESCA’s QHSE standards, Policies and procedures.
• Ensure participation and involvement of all subcontractors perso
el in QHSE program.
• Provide leadership in implement of all QHSE initiatives.
• The QHSE Manager will be expected to train locals to take their place in the long run.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 55 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 3, 300 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
