Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Job Description:
• In charge of the day-to-day operations in a hotel.
• The job entails overseeing overall aspect of a hotel (front desk, housekeeping, admin and finance) to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, feedback / complaints and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
• Minutes of the meeting to be sent and discuss during management meeting.
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of company target sales and preparing hotel operating budget, marketing & sales plan and monthly financial reports
• Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
• Consultant /GM guidance to be taken wherever required.
• Monitor the purchase / indent / requisitions of each department, the accounts receivable (collection from debtors) and the accounts payable (payable to the vendors / suppliers etc).
• Corporate client handling and active new client acquisition.
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
