Position: Painter & Blaster
Total Vacancy: 3 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Operate spray painting and sandblasting equipment to apply protective coatings and paints to fabricated utility piping and structural steel material.
• To prepare parts and assemblies by shot blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements.
• Preparing and setup of necessary tools and equipment for blasting and painting processes.
• Select the appropriate paint or mix paints according to a predetermined formula per manufacture.
• Operate equipment to clean, wash, strip, and or sandblast to remove corrosions, otherwise prepared fabricated steel items for application of paint and or other protective coatings.
• Operate spray, dip, and flow coating equipment or other painting or product coating equipment as required.
• Paint small and large items and apply touch-ups.
• Clean and maintain painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment.
• Prepare and apply stencils as required to finished products.
• Review of finished assemblies, parts and product to quality requirement.
• Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required.
• Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i. e.
• continual improvements.
• Ability to fill out and coordinate paperwork flow.
• Perform other job-related duties.

Education Required: GCE ''O'' Level
Age: 20 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
