Description

Responsible for overseeing the entire Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations to ensure all vehicles meet the company’s and principal’s quality standards before delivery. The PDI Executive will lead the PDI team, coordinate with the workshop, logistics and sales departments and ensure timely readiness of vehicles for handover.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Automotive / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle PDI, workshop or quality control — preferably with an automotive distributor or multi-brand operation.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with vehicle logistics and inspection documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive in resolving operational issues.
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
