Description

Position Summary:
The PIC is the accountable supervisor overseeing the entire lifting operation. They ensure all personnel, equipment, and plans are in place before work begins.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop or verify lifting plans, including risk assessments.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure crew understands the lift plan.
- Verify competency and certification of all rigging team members.
- Ensure lifting equipment is certified and properly inspected.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and permit holders.
- Monitor the execution of the lift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Suspend work in the event of deviations or safety breaches.
- Submit post-lift reports or incident findings if required.

Requirements:
- Age 28 - 45 years old.
- At Least 2 years experience in the above field.
- Prior attendance to the relevant safety courses would be an advantages.
- Must possess relevant Certificates (Rigger / Banksman Course).
Possess Class 3 Driving License.
