Position: Project Engineer

Job Description:

• Contribute to the full project lifecycle from tender to delivery to close out
• Lead and participate in the estimating of residential from first principles
• Deliver projects on-site in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
• Ensure all project close out requirements are met prior to project completion
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years' residential engineering experience in a contracting environment
• Significant experiences in full project lifecycle activities
• Ability to prepare accurate and thorough cost estimates from tender receipt to submission
• Strong commercial acumen
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation
• Manage and deliver upon client expectations in a professional and efficient ma

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 28 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
