Description

The Project Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor will manage and supervise construction and maintenance projects. He/She will be responsible for the technical and operational aspects of the project. The Project Engineer cum QS will also the costs of a construction project. They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.

 Preferably Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil / Structural / Construction)
 Possess relevant skills in MS Office, Project Softwares
 At least 5 years working experience in Building Construction specializing in Quantity Surveying or Engineering in Civil / Construction / Structural
 Good communication skills in both oral and written English and has the ability to liaise effectively with other professionals, e. g. clients / developers, main contractors, construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers, consultants, suppliers, etc.
 Possess excellent negotiation and coordination skills and able to work in fast paced environment
