Description

To support BLNG QA/QC Rotating Equipment Engineer (ERE/5) ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and availability of Rotating Equipment in Train 3 BLNG by effective inspection services on Quality Assurance and Quality Control in order to achieve the objectives of Train 3 turnaround activities.

The Scope of Work is solely for the Provision of four (4) QAQC inspectors (JG 7-6) who will be involved in Major Turnaround in BLNG. The period required is sixty-five (65) days from 26th August until 29th October 2022. The QAQC inspectors are responsible to execute the works stated below (not limited to):

1) Major overhaul of main steam turbines for liquefaction Train 3 Type: MHI 9CL-11

2) Major overhaul of gas centrifugal compressors for liquefaction Train 3 Type: DR 656B8, 5M7-6/5

3) Major maintenance on lubrication and sealing system for the steam turbines and compressors

4) Implementation of rejuvenation project including:
- Installation of hardware and software of hydraulic/electronic control
and protection system
- Upgrade of coupling system
- Upgrade of rotating parts for steam turbines and compressors
