Description

The main purpose of the job of QA/QC Rotating Equipment Engineer is to support the client´s QA/QC Rotating Equipment Engineer (ERE/5) to ensure the technical integrity, reliability and availability of Rotating Equipment in Train 3 Client by effective inspection services on Quality Assurance and Quality Control in order to achieve the objectives of Train 3 turnaround activities.

Responsibilities:-

1. Monitor, inspect and support audit all QA/QC activities performed on Train 3 rotating equipment.

2. Develop inspection reports in line with Inspection and Test plans for Train 3 rotating equipment.

3. Compilation of all quality check sheet relevant for Train 3 rotating equipment activities.

4. The position is working together in an organization that is focused on delivering improved machinery reliability.

5. Quality focus is regarded highly to prevent the occurrences of rework.

6. A candidate having experience in developing procedures and quality requirements would be advantageous.

Competence Required/Experience:
- Experience in similar and equivalent machinery (steam turbine, gas centrifugal compressors with mechanical seal oil system and their auxiliary equipment).

- Rotating equipment maintenance experience in Oil & Gas industry including (Gas and steam) Turbine and compressors overhauls, supplemented with experience in field inspection and condition monitoring of Rotating Equipment.
