Position: QC Manager

1. Requirements:

- Engineer at university level in mechanics
- At least 10 years experience in the industrial projects such as power, fertilizer, refinery plants with the same position
- Experiences in quality control activities of Oil, Gas, Power, Refinery, Fertilizer plant.
- Ability to organize a communication and meeting with the Contractor/ Su-subcontractor.
- Have a good knowledgeable quality procedure/ inspection and test plan.
- Knowledgeable with international standards relevant Gas/ Petroleum/ Power/Fertilizer/Refinery plant.
- Smart thinking and i
ovative to generate new ideals.
- Have a good knowledgeable welding works.
- Good skills of the quatity report, presentation skills and problem solving skills.
- Fluently English skills
- Competency in Microsoft application.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.

2. Job Descriptions:

- Oversee the quality control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including quality control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
- Supports the Construction Manager, Project Manager in dealing with the Contractor for all the quality matters.
- Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
- Allocates quality control perso
el to the various areas of site activity.
- Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required quality records.
- Evaluates the qualifications of welders and Non Destructive Test technicians with regard to the activities assigned.
- Evaluates the qualifications of inspection perso
el.
- Supports the construction roles in the management and control of subcontractors.
- Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
- Coordinates the relevant Tracking systems for correct identification of materials.
- Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
- Supports the Welding & Non Destructive Test qualification activities.
- Cooperates to issue the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS).
- Cooperate with the Project Quality Engineer (PQE) to analyses of non conformities.
- Supervises inspection of defect renewal and welding.
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase

Education Required: Master''s Degree (Master''s) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
