Description

Qualifications:-
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in QS or Construction Economics from a recognised institution;
- At least 5 years of experience;
Excellent communication and supervisory skills;
- Registered with BAPEQS

Job Scopes / Requirements:-
- Prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of Works in accordance to standard method of Measurement, establishment of Rates from first principle;
- Prepare budget allocation and reallocation;
- Preparation of estimates, establishment of built-up Rates, application of the correct Rates from the Schedule of Rates and Schedule of Prices;
- Preparation of the S-Cuves and budget reconciliations;
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports to include accordingly all the financial reports, value of Works and Services done, value of outstanding Works and Services, progress payment claimed / paid / outstanding, etc.
