Position: Quantity Surveyor
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

A. Have at the minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognised institution, and have at least three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity OR;

B. Have at the minimum a Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognised institution, and have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar capacity.

C. Shall be able to prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to the standard method of measurement, establishment of rates from first principle (Labour/Plant/Material)

D. Shall possess excellent communications and supervisory skills.
